… and disrupts trial to pray A “SERIAL” car thief from Zimbabwe’s second city of Bulawayo found God in court and suddenly asked to be given time to pray in the middle of a trial before pleading guilty and confessing his misdeeds. Man trapped in Durban trench for over 5 hours

A man has been trapped in a trench at a residential property in Kloof, Durban, for more than five hours, paramedics said on Thursday. Paramedics were alerted to the incident around at 14:00, and when they arrived on the scene they found the 30-year-old man trapped in soil from his shoulders down, ER24 spokesperson Werner Vermaak said. “It is understood that he was busy digging a foundation area when the walls collapsed onto him,” Vermaak said.
